A mixed private and NHS dental practice in Leicester is seeking an experienced Dental Therapist to join their team on a permanent, 2-days-per-week basis.

Please note: Our client is unable to offer sponsorship for this position. You must have UK dental experience and be fully qualified and registered with the GDC as a Dental Therapist.

This Dental Therapist position offers you:

· £40.00 per hour equating to £33,280 per annum

· Regular sessions 2 days a week, working from 8.30am–5.00pm

· The stability of a permanent role.

· NHS and private patients in a mixed setting

· Flexibility, clear communication, and professional guidance

Required Skills & Experience for this Dental Therapist:

· Be GDC-registered as a Dental Therapist

· Can see patients directly with confidence.

· Has solid experience in both private and NHS dentistry

· Thrives both independently and as part of a friendly, professional dental team

· Is comfortable handling the full range of Dental Therapist duties

As a Dental Therapist, your responsibilities may include:

· Providing direct access care for both NHS and private patients

· Carrying out preventive and periodontal treatments to maintain excellent oral health

· Performing restorative procedures safely and confidently within your scope

· Educating patients on oral health and preventive care

· Maintaining detailed and compliant clinical records

· Collaborating with the wider dental team to deliver smooth, high-quality patient care

This role is based in Leicester and is easily accessible by car or public transport, making it a convenient opportunity for Dental Therapists living in Leicester or surrounding areas, including Aylestone, Clarendon Park, Knighton, Belgrave, Braunstone, and Evington.
