Support Worker – Full Time

Location: Leicester (LE4)
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Start Date: Immediate Start Available
Hours: Full Time – Minimum 4 shifts per week

We are currently recruiting Support Workers for a full-time role based in the LE4 area of Leicester, supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health needs within a residential setting.

This is a hands-on role requiring flexibility, compassion, and a commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care.

Key Requirements

* Minimum 3 months UK experience supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities and Mental Health

* Must be flexible to work both day and night shifts (as allocated by the home)

* Willingness to provide personal care

* Able to start work immediately

* Reliable, punctual, and professional

* Good communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities

* Supporting residents with daily living activities

* Providing personal care with dignity and respect

* Assisting with emotional and behavioural support

* Working with individuals who may display challenging behaviour

* Promoting independence and wellbeing

* Supporting residents with activities and routines

* Maintaining accurate care records and documentation

* Following care plans and risk assessments

* Working collaboratively with the wider care team
