Year 4 Teacher Responsibilities

· Plan and deliver engaging, differentiated lessons for Year 4 pupils
· Assess pupil progress and provide timely, constructive feedback
· Create a positive, inclusive classroom environment that encourages learning and confidence
· Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
· Communicate regularly with parents and carers to support pupil learning
· Promote active participation and academic growth in all areas of the Year 4 curriculum
· Use a variety of teaching strategies and resources to meet different learning needs

Year 4 Teacher Requirements

· Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
· Experience teaching in a primary school, ideally with Year 4 experience
· Strong understanding of the national curriculum and assessment frameworks
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Passionate about teaching and inspiring pupils
· Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team
