Our client is seeking an experienced and professional HR Manager to join a successful Secondary School in Leicester , recognised for its strong leadership, inclusive ethos, and commitment to staff development.

Experience and Qualifications
• Significant experience in an HR role
• Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practice
• Experience managing recruitment, contracts, and employee relations
• Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills
• CIPD qualification desirable
