What We Offer

• A competitive base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000.

• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays.

The SMR division is a fast-growing part of our organization, dedicated to delivering planned, structured repair and servicing directly to our members—whether at their driveway or workplace car park. Say goodbye to emergency callouts and unpredictable shift patterns. Here, you’ll work through a scheduled list of jobs, equipped with the time, tools, and support necessary for quality work.

Your Daily Responsibilities

Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and the member is expecting you. Your tasks will include:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations based on your inspections
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned to our standards

With a structured approach, you’ll be delivering planned work that you can prepare for, using a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, and advanced diagnostics from day one.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent).
• A minimum of 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles.
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points.
