The Role

This position supports the day-to-day financial operations of the school, working closely with the School Business Manager and senior leadership team. Key responsibilities include:

• Processing purchase orders, invoices and payment runs

• Monitoring budgets and expenditure against agreed forecasts

• Supporting month-end processes, reconciliations and reporting

• Managing income streams, including parental payments and grants

• Maintaining accurate financial records in line with audit and compliance requirements

• Responding to finance queries from staff and suppliers
