Role Overview

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth through outbound sales activity, building strong client relationships, and delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy working in a high-energy environment and have a passion for sales, this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

Proactively generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and lead generation
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Identify customer needs and deliver tailored sales solutions
Consistently meet and exceed individual and team sales targets
Accurately update and manage customer information using internal systems/CRM
Work collaboratively with the wider team to drive overall business performance
Handle objections confidently and professionally to close sales opportunities

Requirements:

Previous experience in a sales or customer-facing role is desirable
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Target-driven with a competitive and motivated mindset
Ability to build rapport and influence decision-making

Good organisational skills and attention to detail
