A leading independent law firm in Leicester is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its well-established and collaborative conveyancing department. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a structured team alongside a Team Leader and Paralegal, progressing transactions efficiently in a supportive environment.
The Role
You will assist in managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload, including:
Handling sale enquiries and liaising with clients and third parties
Reviewing mortgage offers, searches, and title documentation
Raising enquiries and drafting client reports
Preparing completion statements and related documentation
Managing exchange, completion, and post-completion processes
Drafting SDLT returns and handling Help to Buy matters
Maintaining case management systems and updating stakeholders
Supporting team leaders and maintaining strong client relationships

Experienced conveyancer with prior caseload management experience
Strong knowledge of residential property transactions
