As a Teaching Assistant, you’ll work alongside teachers to support children’s learning, confidence and wellbeing. You’ll be: Working 1:1 or in small groups with pupils who may need a little extra support Helping to create a calm and positive learning environment Encouraging, listening and guiding – just like you would in many other support-based roles Supporting teachers with classroom activities and behaviour management Who We’re Looking For: You don’t need school experience – just the right attitude and transferable skills!
