We are seeking an experienced Practice Nurse to join our healthcare team in Leicester. • Additional qualifications in chronic disease management and/or health promotion preferred

Experience of a Practice Nurse:

A minimum of 2 years experience as a Practice Nurse
Experience in a primary care setting preferred
