Architectural Technician
This is a hands-on technical role, suited to someone who enjoys problem-solving, detail, and producing high-quality drawing packages. You will be responsible for delivering projects from design through to completion. Key Responsibilities
• Producing full drawing packs for residential and commercial schemes
• Leading on building control submissions and technical compliance
• Coordinating with consultants, contractors, and local authorities
• Working independently while contributing to a small, collaborative team About You
• Confident user of Revit
• Strong technical knowledge and detail-focused approach
• Previous experience in residential development projects
• ARB qualified
• Proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills What’s on Offer
