A successful and inclusive 11–18 secondary school in Market Harborough is seeking an ambitious and reflective Teacher of Mathematics (ECT) to join its thriving Maths faculty from January 2026 .

The Role
You’ll teach Mathematics across KS3–KS4, with potential to take on some KS5 teaching as your confidence develops. This role is ideal for an Early Career Teacher looking for a school that combines structure, trust and genuine professional care.

The department is collaborative and well-established, offering full support for lesson planning, assessment and classroom practice. You’ll be paired with a dedicated mentor and benefit from a reduced timetable during your ECT year.
