Job Summary:

In this role, you will manage classrooms during teachers' absences, helping students stay focused and engaged while ensuring the learning environment is calm and productive.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Cover Supervisor , your main tasks will include:

* Supervising pre-planned lessons in the absence of teachers.
* Supporting students to complete their work and stay on track.
* Managing classroom behaviour effectively to create a productive environment.
* Building positive relationships with students and staff.
* Reporting back to teaching staff about class performance.

What We're Looking For:

To succeed as a Cover Supervisor , you should have:

* A proactive and adaptable approach to managing classrooms.
* Excellent behaviour management skills to ensure a smooth learning experience.
* Strong Maths and English skills (essential).
* A passion for education and supporting students' growth.
* Previous classroom or youth work experience is beneficial but not required.
