Key Responsibilities Supervise classes in the absence of the regular teacher Deliver pre-planned lessons and support student learning Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies Support pupils' engagement, progress, and wellbeing Work collaboratively with teaching and support staff Requirements Candidates must have: Experience working in schools, or a background as a HLTA, TA, Cover Supervisor, Instructor, or Coach Eligibility to work in the UK Strong behaviour management skills Recent references and a valid enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one) Strong literacy and numeracy skills A proactive and professional approach Ability to follow instructions while using initiative Strong teamwork and communication skills About Clarence Recruitment Clarence Recruitment are highly experienced recruitment specialists operating within the Education Sector.
