About the Role

Our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division is a fast-growing part of our organization, dedicated to delivering planned, structured repair and servicing directly to our members. This role is different from traditional roadside assistance; you’ll work through a scheduled list of jobs, ensuring quality work without the unpredictability of emergency callouts.

What You’ll Do

Your day begins with a clear digital schedule, where each job is pre-booked and the member is expecting you. Your responsibilities will include:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically completed in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations based on inspections
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards

With a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, and tools, you’ll have everything you need to deliver quality service efficiently.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Working Conditions

• Competitive base salary of £40,170, with on-target earnings of up to £52,000
• Guaranteed overtime options to boost your earnings
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm, and 1 in 4 Saturdays
