A supportive and well-organised 11–18 secondary school in Shepshed is seeking an enthusiastic Early Career Teacher of History to join its Humanities department from January 2026 .
The Opportunity
This role offers an excellent start for a History ECT, with teaching across KS3 and KS4 within a department that values strong subject knowledge, enquiry-led learning and clear structure. Schemes of work are well established and supported by shared resources, allowing ECTs to focus on developing confident classroom practice.
