Document Controller

Document Controller East Midlands As a Document Controller you will provide a support service to our project teams by ensuring that project design information / documentation is captured and stored in a methodical manner within Viewpoint for Projects (Our Common Data Environment (CDE)) for ease of retrieval by site teams. Ideally, you will based in or around the East of England area and will have the opportunity to travel across multiple sites/projects in the Region. What you will be doing:
- Issue daily reports on new or revised information to the site team.
- Attend design team meetings.
- Ensure company and project information management protocols/procedures are followed including but not limited
- to the IMP and BEP.
- Create and ensure all registers are up to date and completed correctly prior to internal and external auditing.
- Ensure that change control of revision status is recorded, easily traceable and identified within the CDE.
- Ensure that latest revision of live design documentation is available and distributed to relevant discipline role within
- the CDE.
- Report to Project Management Team on progress monthly.
- Main Contractor experience desired.
- Knowledge and understanding of the Document Control process at operational level.
- Knowledge and experience of using Viewpoint For Projects at operational level is essential.
- IT literate and a good understanding of Microsoft and viewpoint applications.
