A successful and growing secondary school in Loughborough is seeking a highly organised HR Administrator to support its staff and leadership team from January 2026 .
The Role
You will provide day-to-day HR and personnel support across the full employee lifecycle, ensuring compliance, confidentiality and smooth processes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys balancing people-focused work with detailed administrative systems.
Responsibilities include:
Supporting recruitment, interviews and onboarding
Managing DBS checks, references and safeguarding documentation
Maintaining accurate personnel records
Supporting absence tracking and staff contracts
Assisting with HR queries and policy administration
