ER Recruitment are excited to be working exclusively with the Leicester Tigers, one of the most successful and recognisable rugby clubs in the world, boasting a proud heritage both on and off the pitch. They are seeking a Head of Partnerships to lead the acquisition, management and delivery of strategic commercial partnerships that drive revenue, elevate brand impact and strengthen long-term relationships.
Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer, this is a high-impact role offering the opportunity to shape the future of the club’s commercial success and inspire a talented team within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Role & Responsibilities of the Head of Partnerships: * Develop and deliver a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned to the club’s commercial growth objectives. * Identify, target and secure new partnership opportunities across key sectors to increase revenue. * Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to pitching, negotiation and contract completion. * Oversee the delivery and activation of partnership rights, ensuring exceptional service and return on investment. * Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners to drive renewals, upselling and multi-channel collaboration. * Work closely with marketing, communications and events teams to deliver creative, integrated activations. * Provide performance reports, insights and recommendations to the Chief Commercial Officer. * Lead, coach and motivate a team of Business Development Managers and Partnership Delivery Executives, setting clear goals and performance expectations. About You as the Head of Partnerships: * Proven success in securing and delivering major commercial partnerships, ideally within sport or entertainment. * Confident and engaging, you build genuine relationships and know how to make a lasting impression at every level. * Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to close complex, high-value deals. * Strategic thinker who combines creativity with commercial acumen to design impactful partnership solutions. * Inspirational leader who sets clear expectations, motivates their team and drives results. * Exceptional organisational skills, able to manage multiple projects and priorities. * Passionate about sport, with the flexibility to work matchdays, evenings and weekends when required.
