Business Development Manager Midlands
The Role:
An exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager in the Midlands, selling orthopaedic solutions and equipment to theatre and surgical teams. This full-time, permanent role is ideal for those with Hospital sales, Orthopaedic or theatre experience, looking to build lasting relationships in a collaborative and rewarding environment.
As Business Development Manager Midlands, you will:
- Work with surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and medical staff to provide expert solutions.
- Present and demonstrate products throughout Orthopaedic procedures.
- Drive new business opportunities while maintaining existing accounts.
- Provide training and support to healthcare professionals on product applications.
- Attend medical conferences and industry events to stay ahead of market trends.
Requirements for Business Development Manager Midlands:
- The ideal candidate should have surgical sales.
- Medical or NHS acute sales experience will also be considered
- Full UK driving license with no more than 6 points.

The Package for Business Development Manager Midlands :
- £40-£60K basic salary
- £20K uncapped OTE
