Senior HR Advisor
Review all HR processes and policies ensuring the HR support and function is fit for purpose for business needs
Ensure all HR data and reporting is up to date and accurate including all compliance and business guidelines
Additional project anything from benefits reviews, management coaching and EVP/Brand
Support the business from an L&D perspective partnering with external. Vendors to deliver effective and relevant trainingsWhat they are looking for An immediately available candidates (or on short notice) comfortable to hit the ground running and commit to a busy fixed term contract
Any experience with TUPE and/or acquisitions/change would be advantageous
Experience operating in a generalist role at a similar level
Comfortable with the commute to Leicester with some ad hoc travel to Northamptonshire The Package £competative salary
