Role Overview

As an Energy Broker, you will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from generating leads to closing deals, while providing clients with tailored energy solutions. This is a fast-paced, target-driven role ideal for someone with previous experience in the energy brokerage sector who can hit the ground running.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate new business opportunities through outbound calling and lead generation
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships
Source and compare energy contracts to provide the best solutions for clients
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve and exceed targets
Stay up to date with market trends, pricing, and industry regulations
Maintain accurate records of client interactions using CRM systems
Deliver a high level of customer service throughout the sales process

About You

We're looking for an experienced and motivated individual who thrives in a target-driven sales environment.

Requirements:

Previous experience working as an Energy Broker is essential
Proven track record in a sales environment
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed and earn commission
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
