Site Manager (Nights)
Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard
Supervise subcontractors and trades, ensuring productivity and quality
Maintain site health & safety in line with regulations
Conduct site inductions, toolbox talks, and daily briefings
Liaise with clients, suppliers, and the wider project team
Keep accurate site records and reports Requirements: Proven experience as a Site Manager on retail fit-out projects
Valid SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certifications
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines and work under pressure
Availability to commit to a 9-month night shift contract What’s on Offer: Competitive shift rate of £350–£380
