Wedding Coordinator
You will support the coordination and delivery of weddings from the initial enquiry through to the big day, ensuring every detail is handled with care. You will work closely with couples to understand their vision and assist in bringing it to life, creating memorable and seamless experiences. You will assist with show rounds and respond to wedding enquiries, playing a key role in the guest journey from the very first interaction. Working alongside multiple departments across the hotel, you will help ensure all events are well-organised and delivered to the highest standard. You will maintain accurate event records and support with the administrative side of wedding planning, while also being present on wedding days to assist with delivery and ensure everything runs smoothly. You will build strong relationships with clients, suppliers and internal teams, and support with wedding showcases, open days and promotional activities. Requirements • Previous UK hotel experience is essential (front office, F&B or events backgrounds considered).
• A genuine passion for weddings and events.
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail.
• A confident and friendly communicator.
• Willingness to learn and develop within a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, hands-on approach with a positive attitude.
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team and support multiple priorities.
