A well-regarded and inclusive secondary school in Leicester is seeking a friendly, organised and efficient Admissions & Student Services Administrator to join its front-facing support team. This is a varied and rewarding role, ideal for someone who enjoys working with students, families and colleagues in a professional school environment.
The Role
Working closely with senior leaders, pastoral teams and the local authority, you will support the admissions process and wider student services administration. Responsibilities include managing applications and transfers, maintaining accurate pupil records, and acting as a key point of contact for parents and carers throughout the admissions journey.
You will also support student services on a day-to-day basis, helping to manage attendance records, student documentation and general enquiries. The role requires strong organisation, clear communication and the ability to manage sensitive situations with professionalism and care.
This position is well suited to someone who enjoys a mix of administrative responsibility and people-focused work.
