Litigation Solicitor, 1+ PQE, Leicestershire, £40K+ (DOE) - Are you a Civil or Commercial Litigation Solicitor ready to take the next step in your career? JOB REF:TL3622

THE ROLE:
• You’ll be joining a highly respected team known for delivering practical, commercial solutions across a broad range of civil and commercial disputes.
• As a key member of the Litigation Department, you will manage a diverse and stimulating caseload, including: complex possession and property claims, title rectification and professional negligence claims, Trust and commercial disputes and general litigation and dispute resolution advice
• You’ll also play a key role in supporting and mentoring junior solicitors, helping to strengthen the department’s continued success.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Solicitors or Legal Executives with a minimum of 1 years’ PQE in civil and/or commercial litigation
• Demonstrable experience managing complex cases independently
• Strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset
• Already based in Cornwall, or genuinely interested in relocating to enjoy the exceptional lifestyle this beautiful region offers
