We are seeking to appoint a highly organised and experienced Senior Administrator (Attendance and Admissions), based at Krishna Avanti Primary School, Leicester, to play a key role in the effective running of the school.
This is a pivotal position, with responsibility for leading attendance and admissions processes and supporting key whole-school priorities.
Working closely with senior leaders, you will drive improvements in pupil attendance, ensure robust and compliant systems are in place, and provide accurate reporting to inform decision-making. You will also work collaboratively with staff, families and external agencies to promote positive outcomes for all pupils.

• Lead and manage whole-school attendance processes, using data analysis to monitor trends, improve punctuality, and address absence effectively.
• Work closely with pupils, families, staff and external agencies to promote good attendance and ensure safeguarding and legal requirements are met.
• Oversee and administer school admissions, including coordination with the local authority, managing waiting lists, and supporting pupil transitions.
• Provide high-quality administrative and operational support to senior leaders, including reporting, data management, and school communications.• Line manage and develop administrative staff, ensuring efficient systems, compliance with statutory requirements, and effective day-to-day school operations. • Ability to plan and implement effective actions to support students with poor attendance or punctuality
• Excellent numeracy and literacy skills
• Communicate clearly with all sections of the school community both orally and in writing.
• Highly organised with good time management skills and the ability to work under pressure and independently
