Adoption Social Worker

- Assess and support prospective adoptive families throughout the adoption process
- Collaborate with other social workers and agencies to ensure the welfare of children
- Conduct home visits and evaluations to determine the suitability of families
- Provide guidance and support to adoptive families and children
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation to facilitate the adoption process
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities Requirements of the Social Worker:
You will hold a degree or equivalent qualification in social work, along with a current registration with Social Work England.
