The HR Assistant will support the HR team in delivering efficient administration, ensuring compliance with statutory and school policies. This role involves supporting recruitment, staff records, onboarding, and general HR duties to help the school manage its workforce effectively.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting recruitment processes, including preparing job adverts, arranging interviews, and communicating with candidates.
Maintaining and updating staff records, contracts, and personal information.
Assisting with onboarding and induction of new staff members.
Preparing documentation for payroll, leave records, and employment contracts.
Supporting staff training and professional development tracking.
Ensuring compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, and school HR policies.
