A highly regarded 11–18 secondary school in Hinckley is seeking a professional and organised HR Administrator to join its expanding support team from January 2026. This role will suit someone who is proactive, confidential, and thrives in a busy school environment where no two days are the same.

The Role

Working closely with the HR Manager and senior leaders, you will support all aspects of HR administration including:

  • Recruitment processing, advertising roles and arranging interviews
  • Maintaining accurate personnel records and compliance files
  • Managing onboarding, new starter paperwork and DBS checks
  • Updating HR systems and supporting payroll accuracy
  • Coordinating staff training, appraisal documents and absence records

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the school operates smoothly and compliantly, supporting a staff team of over 100 people.
