About the Role

Our Service, Maintenance & Repair (SMR) division is a fast-growing part of our organization, dedicated to delivering planned, structured repair and servicing directly to our members. This role is distinct from traditional roadside assistance, focusing instead on scheduled jobs at convenient locations.

What You’ll Do

Your day will begin with a clear digital schedule, allowing you to prepare for each pre-booked job. Your responsibilities will include:

• Routine servicing
• Diagnostics using advanced mobile equipment
• In-depth repairs typically done in a workshop
• Providing member advice and recommendations based on inspections
• Conducting vehicle safety checks aligned with our standards

With a fully equipped van, fuel card, uniform, and tools at your disposal, you’ll use your technical skills to ensure our members are back on the road safely and efficiently.

What You’ll Need

• Level 2 qualification in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a vehicle technician working on light vehicles
• A full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 points

Working Conditions

• Competitive base salary of £40,170, with potential earnings up to £52,000
• 40 hours per week, with core hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm and 1 in 4 Saturdays
