• Install, commission, and test air conditioning systems in accordance with technical specifications and schematics.
• Conduct routine maintenance to ensure systems operate efficiently and reliably.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs on various air conditioning units and related equipment.
• Lead maintenance teams during large-scale projects or system upgrades, providing guidance and supervision.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to facilitate accurate installation and repair work.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations during all phases of work.
• Collaborate with construction teams during building projects to integrate air conditioning systems seamlessly.
• Maintain detailed records of service activities, repairs, and system performance.

• Strong mechanical knowledge related to air conditioning systems and equipment repair.
• Proficiency in reading schematics, technical drawings, and manuals.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to supervise teams effectively.
• Experience in equipment repair, maintenance, and troubleshooting of air conditioning units.
• Knowledge of construction processes as they relate to HVAC installation projects.
• Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments.
