How you’ll power our business as an I&M Fulfilment Planner
As an I&M Fulfilment Planner, you will be responsible for effectively managing new civil work installations through to commissioning. You will assist with the administration of the civil work installations and upgrades of Bulk LPG sites, whilst maintaining a good working relationship between the customer and suppliers.

We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. Here’s what you’ll be doing
- Scheduling of all non-crane vehicle jobs through in-house scheduling system in accordance with company SLA’s
- Managing the Engineers holidays and standby requirements
- Ensuring the timely processing of completed work order paperwork and critical data
- Raising of additional work orders from completed work
- Ensure work is completed to agreed department SLA
- Ensure that all materials for the work have been ordered
- Be able to build strong working relationships with engineers
- Good organisational skills
- Have good interpersonal skills and be able to communicate to Flogas employees on all levels
- Be able to communicate with customers directly, handle and champion any issues that might arise
- Have a basic understanding of Microsoft Office packages
- Be able to work outside normal working hours, when the business requires
- Have a flexible working approach and be able to convey a positive attitude to staff and customers at all times.
