Flourish Medical is currently recruiting for an Associate Dentist to join a well-established mixed dental practice in Leicester on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a progressive clinical environment with access to advanced on-site facilities and strong support from an experienced Principal Dentist.

This role is ideal for a dentist looking to develop their clinical skills, build a stable patient base, and maximise private income alongside NHS work.

Please note: We are unable to accept applications from candidates who require visa sponsorship. UK-based experience is essential for this role.

• 500–650 UDA per month
• UDA rate of £15.50 which translates to £7,750–£10,075 per month

Required Skills & Experience for this Associate Dentist:

• GDC registered Dentist
• Experience working within NHS and mixed dental settings
• Strong clinical and patient care skills
• Familiarity of dental software systems
• UK-based dental experience is essential
• Suitable for Associate Dentist, General Dentist and/or NHS Dentist

As an Associate Dentist, your responsibilities may include:

• Delivering high-quality NHS and private dental treatments
• Managing an established and growing patient list
• Identifying and delivering private treatment opportunities
• Creating and fitting crowns and retainers on-site
• Maintaining accurate and compliant clinical records
• Working collaboratively within a supportive dental team

This role is based in Leicester, with good access from Loughborough, Hinckley, Coalville, Melton Mowbray, Market Harborough and the wider area.
