Shape the future of a world‑class training ground. Build a career where excellence is the standard.
Are you ready to take your plumbing career to a whole new level? This is your chance to step into a role that goes far beyond traditional commercial plumbing — a role where you’ll work with cutting‑edge systems, develop your gas safety expertise, and play a vital part in keeping one of the most advanced training facilities in world football running at its absolute best.
Behind every elite performance is a team of experts who make the environment exceptional. This is your opportunity to be one of them.
We’re looking for someone with a can‑do attitude, a passion for learning, and the enthusiasm to make a real difference, someone who wants to grow, innovate, and even help train others as the Club continues to expand its technical capabilities.
About the Role
Based at Leicester City’s world‑class training ground, you’ll be responsible for all aspects of mechanical and building services maintenance — ensuring the facility operates safely, efficiently, and to the highest possible standard.
You’ll work across a wide range of systems, including:
- Heating and cooling
- Water distribution
- Sanitation systems
- HVAC plant
- Specialist equipment
- AHUs, air conditioning, boilers, valves, actuators, and flow control products
Your work will directly support the performance environment used by players, coaches, and staff - ensuring everything behind the scenes runs smoothly, safely, and reliably.
Who We’re Looking For
You’re someone who takes pride in doing things properly — and doing them well.
You will bring:
- NVQ or equivalent in plumbing or mechanical engineering
- Gas Safe registration
- Strong experience with AHUs, AC systems, boilers, and plant rooms
- The ability to inspect systems, identify issues, and replace worn parts
- Excellent organisation and the ability to work under pressure
- A proactive, enthusiastic approach and a desire to keep learning
- Confidence to share knowledge and help train others
If you want to work in a high‑tech environment, expand your skills, and be part of something bigger than a standard plumbing role, this is the perfect opportunity.
