Siamo Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Consultant to work within successful Leicester office.

Salary: Up to £30,000 Negotiable depending on experience.
Working hours from 08:30 to 17:30

• To attract, retain, and engage top talent within the Industrial sector, building strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications
• Proven experience in Industrial Recruitment, with a deep understanding of the sector's challenges and opportunities.
• Sales-oriented and results-driven, with a track record of achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop and maintain strong connections with internal and external stakeholders.
• Motivation and leadership skills, with the capacity to inspire and guide teams towards shared goals and objectives.
