Responsibilities of the Year 3 Teacher:

• As a Year 3 Teacher , you will be responsible for the pastoral care and academic progress of your class, cultivating a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Teaching the Key Stage 2 curriculum to Year 3 pupils, with a focus on meeting each child’s learning goals, building on their strengths, and supporting areas for growth.
• Developing foundational skills in literacy and numeracy through well-structured and engaging lessons that cater to the diverse needs of Year 3 students.
• Promoting social and emotional development, fostering confidence, teamwork, and a love of learning in your Year 3 classroom.
• Monitoring pupils’ progress, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining open communication with parents regarding their child’s development as a Year 3 Teacher .
