Core Subject Tutor - Leicestershire
Core Subject Tutor Location: Leicester & surrounding areas Pay: £27 - £32 per hour We are looking for experienced tutors and qualified teachers seeking flexible, rewarding work supporting children and young people on a one-to-one basis. These opportunities focus on helping students rebuild confidence and re-engage with learning through personalised support. The role may involve:
- Delivering one-to-one tuition in Maths; English or Science
- Supporting students with SEND needs
- Providing face-to-face sessions in homes, libraries/community settings
- Planning tailored lessons based on individual learning needs
- Delivering engaging and supportive sessions
- Promoting confidence, independence, and positive learning behaviours
- Monitoring progress and providing brief monthly updates
