What You Will Do

As a  Trainee White Goods Engineer - Field Based , your role will involve:

• Learning to  repair and maintain household appliances  including  washing machines, tumble dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, and electric cookers
• Visiting customers' homes  to diagnose issues and carry out repairs safely and efficiently
• Using your  mechanical or electrical mindset  to troubleshoot and solve problems on-site
• Recording and managing  job details using our in-house engineer software
• Following guidance from your  mentor  while building your skills and confidence
• Providing  excellent customer service , explaining repairs clearly and professionally
• Continuously  developing your technical skills  through structured training and on-the-job experience

• Salary: £26,500 to £27,000 per annum (depending on experience)- with a salary review once you're signed off training
