Welder Fabricator
Interaction Engineering Welder Fabricator Leicester Are you a skilled MIG and TIG Welder Fabricator looking to join a dynamic, forward-thinking company? Our client, a well-established leader in bespoke metal fabrication, is seeking an experienced and reliable fabricator to join their growing team. Key Responsibilities: Perform MIG and TIG welding to a high standard across a range of materials (primarily stainless steel, mild steel, and aluminium) Read and interpret technical drawings and fabrication blueprints Fabricate and assemble metal structures and components from scratch Use a variety of workshop equipment including grinders, saws, and press brakes Ensure quality control and adherence to health & safety procedures What We're Looking For: Proven experience in both MIG and TIG welding (minimum 3 years preferred) Strong fabrication skills with the ability to work independently from drawings Excellent attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work Familiarity with workshop safety procedures and PPE Forklift or overhead crane experience (desirable but not essential) What’s On Offer: Competitive hourly rate plus overtime A clean, well-equipped workshop with modern tools and equipment Friendly, supportive team environment Opportunities for progression and training Join a company that values craftsmanship, precision, and dedication.
