Department Overview The purpose of the Brand Marketing team is to generate increased brand love, awareness and consideration in customers, encouraging existing customers to shop more with us and new customers to consider Dunelm as a shopping destination. Working within a creative team of writers, editors and content creators, the Copywriter will work brilliantly to bring these products and stories to life across our channels with relevant, imaginative, customer-first copy and content. Office Location: You can choose to work in either the London or Leicester office.

What you'll be doing

• Write on-brand, customer-first, best-in-class copy for eCRM, web, organic and paid social, POS and packaging, in line with campaigns, seasonal activity and business priorities.
• Review and sign off BAU content at creative review stage with an editorial eye, ensuring copy works in context and is accurate and consistent with copy style and tone.
• Liaise with teams to understand their channels, briefs and desired outcomes.
• Be the key BAU copy point of contact for the CRM and social teams, proactively owning and responding to their requests.
• Put the customer at the heart of everything we do.
• Help shape new creative propositions aligned to business priorities from an editorial perspective, supporting the channel teams to produce content that works for customers.
• Work closely with stakeholders across the business to deliver outstanding and engaging copy across all Dunelm platforms.
• Be an advocate for and guardian of the Dunelm brand voice; helping to coach and train teams across the business on how to write to brand voice.

• Experience of working on cross-channel copy and content, ideally social, eCRM, web, print, packaging and POS.
• Ability to work collaboratively with creative colleagues and other key stakeholders across disciplines and at all levels.
• Sensitivity to tone of voice, channel and audience, and ability to adapt copy accordingly.
