Apprentice Service Administrator
As an Apprentice Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the smooth operation of our Service Department.
Key Responsibilities• Assisting with invoicing for vehicles booked in for service, maintenance, and repairs
• Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Supporting the service team with administrative tasks
• Maintaining accurate records and updating internal systems
• Liaising with technicians and parts departments
• Ensuring excellent customer service at all times What We Offer

As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3

Functional Skills Level 2 in English & Maths (if required)
