Veterinary Clinical Director

Full-time, 4-day week with 1 in 4 Saturdays

The Role
This position combines leadership with hands-on clinical work, with approximately 80% of your time spent in practice and 20% dedicated to management responsibilities.

You’ll be based at a single, well-equipped hospital site, allowing you to focus on consistency of care and team collaboration.

About You

• At least 8+ years’ experience in small animal practice
• Proven leadership ability and an interest in team development
• Confident across all aspects of general practice
• Passionate about maintaining high clinical standards and supporting others to reach their potential
