NHS Physiotherapist - Cardio-Thoracic

- Provide high-quality physiotherapy care to patients post-heart and lung surgery, focusing on rehabilitation
- Develop and implement personalised treatment plans, aiding in recovery and improving mobility
- Conduct respiratory assessments and engage in chest clearance procedures
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic patient care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient treatment records
- Educate patients and families on exercises and recovery techniques to continue care at home
- Stay informed on the latest developments in Cardio-Thoracic physiotherapy, incorporating new techniques into practice Requirements of the Physiotherapist:
- Hold a degree or equivalent qualification in Physiotherapy
- Registered with the HCPC to work in the UK
- Recent UK experience in specialised physiotherapy, particularly in respiratory care with chest clearance skills
