Care Assistant
Care Worker (Full-Time & Part-Time)
Leicester
* Support clients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and toileting
* Assist with mobility and daily living skills to promote independence
* Observe and report changes in clients’ wellbeing to care coordinators
* Build positive relationships and encourage participation in activities
* Support the use of mobility aids and rehabilitation equipment (training provided)
* Work collaboratively with families and healthcare professionals
* Assist with light domestic duties such as laundry and bed making
* Support clients transitioning home from hospital where required What We’re Looking For * A caring, patient, and reliable nature

* Commitment to promoting dignity, choice, and independence
