Primary Learning Coach
Please note: We are currently recruiting for two Learning Coach positions
Salary: Grade 3, £25,117 - £26,216 per annum, pro rata / Approximately £18,212 - £19,009 per annum (0.72508 FTE)
Avanti Fields is seeking a skilled and motivated Primary Learning Coach to support teaching and learning across our primary phase.
Working closely with teachers and colleagues, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality classroom support, leading targeted interventions, and helping pupils to access a broad and engaging curriculum. You will work with children with a range of needs, adapting your approach to ensure every pupil can thrive both academically and personally.

- Provide flexible in-class, small group and one-to-one support to enable all pupils to access a broad and inclusive curriculum.
- Build strong, supportive relationships with pupils, adapting approaches to meet individual needs, including those with SEND or English as an additional language.
- Work collaboratively with teachers, leaders and external professionals to deliver targeted interventions and contribute to pupil progress and wellbeing.
- Promote positive behaviour, social and emotional development, and uphold safeguarding responsibilities at all times.
- Engage with families, contribute to the wider school community, and take an active role in ongoing professional development.
