Your role

• Provide a hands-on, high-quality support service
• Build positive relationships with residents to encourage independence and understand individual needs
• Carry out security checks throughout the night to ensure safety and peace of mind
• Respond promptly to emergency calls and provide support when needed
• Maintain a safe environment and follow relevant regulations and practices
• Complete bed calls and morning calls to a high standard

Your skills

• Ability to keep accurate records and share information clearly with the team
• Excellent communication skills to build positive relationships with residents, families and agencies
• Experience working effectively as part of a team
• Caring, approachable nature
• Positive and accepting approach to residents whatever their needs
• NVQ Level 2 in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards it
• Proficient technology/IT skills (Microsoft Office and similar)
