Maths Teacher
About the Role: We are currently recruiting for a dedicated and enthusiastic Maths Teacher to join a supportive secondary school in Leicester. This full-time role is available immediately, with an end date to be confirmed. It’s a great opportunity for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to develop within a strong department. Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
- Differentiate lessons to meet a range of abilities and learning needs
- Monitor, assess, and report on student progress
- Promote confidence and problem-solving skills in mathematics
- Contribute to departmental planning and wider school activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
- Experience teaching Maths in a UK secondary school
- Strong behaviour management and organisational skills
- Passion for raising attainment and supporting student success
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
