Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the school site, ensuring health, safety, and security standards are maintained at all times.

• Conduct regular inspections of buildings, grounds, and equipment, identifying issues and coordinating repairs where necessary.

• Liaise with contractors and service providers for maintenance and improvement projects.

• Assist with setting up for school events, including assemblies, sports days, and evening functions, ensuring all facilities are safe and ready for use.

• Monitor and manage access to the site, including security systems and visitor procedures.

• Maintain accurate records relating to site operations, safety checks, and compliance with health and safety regulations.

Skills and Experience:

• Previous experience in facilities management, site supervision, or caretaking is desirable.
