On-the-Go Mechanic
About the Role
Join the organization as a Mobile Mechanic in the Service, Maintenance and Repair division. You’ll bring expert vehicle maintenance and diagnostic skills directly to customers – from driveways to office car parks – delivering first‑class service without the constraints of a traditional garage.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform routine servicing, diagnostics, repairs and safety checks on a variety of light vehicles.
- Interact with customers on‑site, offering advice, answering questions and representing the employer with professionalism.
- Manage your own stock of parts and tools, complete required reporting and maintain accurate service records.
- Plan and optimise daily routes to maximise efficiency and customer satisfaction.
What We Offer
Earnings That Motivate
- Competitive base salary of £38,625 per year.
- On‑target earnings of up to £50,000 through bonuses and premium‑rate overtime.
- Full‑time 40‑hour week with flexible Monday–Saturday availability (8 am–8 pm).
Opt‑in Guaranteed Overtime
- After the first month you can choose extra rest‑day work at £30 per hour .
- One additional day per month can add roughly £3,000 annually; two days can add about £5,000 .

Requirements
- Level 2 light‑vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
- Minimum 3 years hands‑on experience as a vehicle technician working with a range of light vehicles.
- Full UK driving licence with fewer than 6 penalty points.
Working Conditions
- 40‑hour week with core hours from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm; one Saturday in four.
- Independent field‑based role – you’ll be on the road, not confined to a garage.
- All necessary equipment, tools and a branded van are provided.
